An afternoon at the park

Now that the weather is cooling down, we spend almost every afternoon at our neighborhood's parks. On most days, my good friend, Erin, and her kids join us. Erin's son, Sam, is Jacob's good buddy - they spend almost everyday together. Erin also has a younger boy named Ryan that is Ellie's age. The past few weeks Ellie and Ryan have really started to take interest in each other, which has been fun to watch.

Fun at the Beach!

We spend Labor Day week in Amelia Island, which was tons of fun. We had great weather (despite a looming hurricane in the Atlantic), the kids traveled really well, and we did a bunch of fun activities. My mom, brother, and Ruby all came with us - so it was a full house! The kids loved having everyone there to play with!
